  • How do I reserve my rental?
    It’s easy! Just reach out through our contact form or call/text us to confirm your date. Once we check availability, we’ll send you a rental agreement and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once we receive your signed contract and deposit.
  • How much is the deposit?
    We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
  • Do you travel outside of 98684?
    Yes! We include free travel within 30 miles of Vancouver, WA (98684). We’re happy to travel farther—there’s just a small travel fee to cover time and mileage
  • How much space do you need for setup?
    For our Snap Booth, we recommend about 8’x8’ of space (and a little extra if you want a backdrop). Our OneLovely 360 Experience needs about 10’x10’ for the platform and lights. We’ll work with your venue to make sure everything fits perfectly.
  • Do you need access to a power outlet?
    No! We bring our own high-capacity power bank that lasts the whole event.
  • What’s included in the rental?
    Both our Snap Booth and OneLovely 360 Experience come with delivery, setup, and teardown; an on-site operator; fun props; and online galleries for your guests to download their photos or videos. The Snap Booth also offers instant prints, and the 360 includes custom video branding.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes! We carry full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if your venue requires it.
  • What types of events do you do?
    We cater to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school dances, baby showers, brand activations, and more.
  • Can you customize the digital prints or videos?
    Absolutely! We can add your event name, date, custom colors, and even your logo so your keepsakes match your theme.
  • What if I want to add prints to my Snap Booth rental?
    We offer Unlimited Physical Prints as an add-on for $200, which covers your entire rental period.
  • Do you require a photo booth attendant?
    For the Snap Booth, it depends—it’s designed as a drop-off, easy-to-use booth. If you’d like us to stay for the entire event, just let us know! If your rental includes physical prints, we’ll either attend the whole event, check in periodically, or remain nearby to return within 15 minutes if needed. For the OneLovely 360 Experience, we always provide two attendants to assist guests and keep the fun going.
  • What happens if something goes wrong with the booth?
    We’re committed to keeping your event stress-free! For attended rentals, our team handles everything. For unattended Snap Booth rentals, we stay close by and are ready to troubleshoot quickly.
  • Do you require Wi-Fi?
    For instant sharing features, Wi-Fi is recommended, but the booth will still capture photos and videos without it.
  • What props are included?
    A fun bundle of assorted props is included with every rental—perfect for silly and creative poses.
  • Can Snap Photo Booth be set up outside?
    Yes! We include a canopy at no extra cost for outdoor setups. If you’re planning an indoor event instead, let us know—we may be able to give you a small discount!
  • Does the 360 Photo Booth have prints?
    No—this booth is all about the wow factor! It creates short, professionally edited video clips that your guests can instantly download and share on social media.
  • How many people can fit on the platform?
    Our platform is 39 inches in diameter, and we recommend up to 3 people at a time for the best results and safety.
  • How do guests receive their videos?
    Once their turn is over, guests step off the platform and head to the sharing station. From there, they can choose to receive their video via text message, QR code scan, or direct download to their phone.
  • How long is each video?
    We offer both 10-second and 15-second videos, each with two different motion styles for you to choose from—so your guests get a cinematic, share-worthy clip every time.
  • Can we customize the videos?
    Yes! We can add your custom logo, event name, or branding overlay so every clip feels unique to your celebration.
  • Does the booth need power?
    No worries about outlets—we bring a power bank that lasts the entire event.
  • Is there an attendant?
    Absolutely! Your 360 Experience comes with two friendly attendants to assist guests, operate the booth, and keep the energy high all night.
  • Can the 360 Photo Booth be set up outdoors?
    It depends. The platform needs to be on a smooth, even surface—no grass, gravel, or uneven ground—to ensure a stable setup and a smooth-moving video. If your outdoor location meets those requirements, we’re good to go!
